Welcome to Our Hextech Dream!This is an art book filled with illustrations and writing that's centered around the relationship between Jayce Talis and Viktor from the Arcane series!All profits from this zine will be donated to Ukraine Relief, a fundraiser organized through the nonprofit charity Direct Relief. These donations will help provide requested medical aid while also preparing to offer longer term assistance to people displaced or affected by the war. For more information on the charity, feel free to click this link.The book will be around 100 pages total and include 40 artists and 5 authors. To accompany the physical release, there will also be 11 merch artists creating stickers, keychains, prints and more!In addition to the main book, we will also be releasing a digital NSFW add-on. The NSFW add on has 30 artists and 14 writers!

What charity will profits be donated to?
- Direct Relief (a nonprofit charity). More specifically, we will be donating to Direct Relief's Ukraine fundraiser that helps provide medical supplies for those displaced or affected by the war.Is international shipping for physical copies possible?
- Yes! You can purchase the zine regardless of where you live. You will be responsible for any shipping/customs fees that apply, but as long as you're willing to pay shipping, you can definitely buy it!How expensive will the zine cost?
- We will have different tiers ranging in price, making the zine accessible to everyone. We want to make sure everyone is able to get the zine one way or another, so we will have low cost options as well as the higher cost merch bundle options.Will contributors be compensated?
- At the bare minimum all contributors will receive a free PDF digital copy of the zine. The availability of free physical copies and merch will depend on zine sales (if a physical copy of the zine will be produced). All monetary profits will be donated directly to the chosen charity.How do I know if I've been accepted as a contributor?
- Emails have been sent out (on Monday May 9th) to everyone who applied, informing you if you've been rejected or accepted to work on this zine. If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder. If you still see no email, feel free to message us.
Applications Are Not Yet Open
for artist, and 2 pieces of writing if you are applying as an author.Contributor work time frame will span from May 15th to August 5th. That means you have the duration of that time to get your writing or art finished, with checkpoints and progress updates along the way to
Content Guidelines
More detailed and specific guidelines will be provided to those accepted into the zine. These are the more general content guidelines, however, to keep in mind before applying
- Physical copy of the zine will be SFW. Any NSFW work will be kept in the PDF version only.
- Mild gore is allowed (think nosebleed, small cuts, bruises, etc) but any heavy gore is not allowed.
- Content must revolve around Jayce and Viktor’s relationship in some way, but does not necessarily have to include both characters physically in the piece. For example, Jayce might be looking at a gift Viktor left for him. In this case Viktor doesn’t have to be in the art itself, but the Jayvik relationship is still the meaning of the art.
- No additional ships are allowed. This primarily means no OT3s involving Jayvik (for example, no Mel x Jayce x Viktor). While those ships are perfectly fine, this zine is about Jayce and Viktor only, and we do not want to involve additional ships.
- League outfits / alternate outfits that were not shown in Arcane are allowed (like Machine Herald), however we ask you to keep it still within the Arcane version of the characters, since this is an Arcane Jayvik zine. For example, if you draw Jayce wearing one of his League outfits, we ask you to make it Jayce Talis in the outfit, rather than Jayce Giopara.
- AUs are allowed, but may have more restrictions or additional guidelines. Jayce and Viktor still have to be “in character” in AUs.
- You may not erase Viktor’s disability in any AU. You can adapt him so his health isn’t in a fatal condition, but erasure of his physical disabilities will not be tolerated in AUs. You are allowed to have him with augmented body parts, or more Machine Herald like, but in the sense of just regular human Viktor, like if you were to draw a flower shop AU, you can’t just get rid of his disabilities.
- Angst is allowed! It doesn’t all have to be happy.
- Exploration of their relationship in the future / beyond canon timeline is allowed.
- Comic formatting is allowed.
- After accepted into the zine, all contributor ideas will have to be pitched to moderators and approved before contributors can begin working.
